Book Cover Design Ideas

This is a quick sampling of covers, some even quite simple with a focus on text and a solid background color. These showcase a nice balance of font placement and sizing, in my opinion.
“Diane,
In an effort to convey a vision for your book cover (using the inspiration photos and artwork you love), I’d say that the following might be true for your ideal aesthetic!
1) A design that feels deeper/ personal, drawing the reader in with warmth, authenticity, and a harmonious color palette (in other words move beyond an option that feels a little impersonal into a realm of rich, personal artistry.)
2) An organic feel, hand-crafted, setting it apart from generic digital designs by giving it emotional depth.
3) Color harmony and balance that feels captivating and sophisticated.
4) The title and design elements should feel like a natural extension of the artwork behind, if artwork is used.
